To design and build the kitchen for this Nursery School, we started off with a specific request: to create an efficient and functional kitchen with professional equipment, suitable for cooking “child-sized” portions.

A specific and unusual request compared to the needs of the catering sector.

Therefore, our technical team designed a “tailor-made” kitchen environment, sizing the professional equipment and recommending the most suitable solutions to best meet the customer’s needs, while maintaining the high quality of the selected elements.

We then proceeded to create a professional stainless steel kitchen, installing the following equipment:

• Rational oven for 2/3 trays (sized to the needs of the quantity of food being cooked)
• Siemens induction hob
• Studio54 refrigerator

The best result to make every small dish tasty.
