Professional Kitchen for an Agricultural Holding

LA TUNELLA | Premariacco – Udine

A meticulously designed project to meet even the most particular needs: we are talking about the professional kitchen we created for the Agricultural Holding La Tunella in Premariacco (UD).

For this project, as always, we worked based on our clients’ needs: to create a versatile kitchen that could function as both a family kitchen and a professional space for events and catering.

This space was designed by the architectural firm of Architect Paolo Zuliani in Udine.

The Project

A harmonious blend of materials, colors, and functionality defines this exceptional project. The kitchen area is divided into two distinct zones.

The first area, flooded with natural light from large windows and featuring exposed, whitewashed beams, is designed for food preparation and cooking. The combination of copper worktops and oak-clad stainless steel elements gives the space a modern yet timeless appeal. This warm and functional space is also perfect for family gatherings, reflecting our commitment to creating beautiful and practical spaces without compromising on elegance and functionality, cornerstones of all our projects.

Every detail was custom-designed, such as the custom-made support system for the extractor hood, which we created entirely from scratch based on the provided design.

The second space, on the other hand, is dedicated to cold storage and the technical washing area: entirely made of stainless steel, it houses the washing station, refrigerators, and cold storage cells.

The Venetian mosaic floor, which was already in place, acts as a bridge between the two areas, creating a sense of continuity and union between the two spaces.

Professional equipment

In the preparation area, we installed a professional four-burner cooktop, a built-in fry-top, an induction hob, a pasta cooker, a Lotus fryer, and a Rational oven, catering to all cooking needs.

For the washing area, we selected top-of-the-line equipment, including Winterhalter dishwashers, and Studio54 refrigerators, a Coldline blast chiller, and a custom-made cold storage unit for refrigeration.

In the adjacent room, where customers are greeted and can enjoy wine tastings, we installed two 4.0 wine coolers by GEMM.

This project is the result of a collaboration between local Friulian professionals: BLM Grandi Cucine, architect Paolo Zuliani, Burelli carpentry in Fagagna (UD), and Astel srl for the plant engineering.
